Really cool app! Love the design but I have one question. How come when you are in the temperature conversion converting F to C you show 5.6843e-14 which is zero but why not truncate the last 13 digits and just show a zero?

Gadget well done. As a convenience, I’d like to be able to enter fractional values as well as decimal values. For example, “3+7/8 INCHES” converts to “9.8425 CENTIMETERS”. It is very common for imperial measurements to be quoted in terms of fractions.

Votre gadget de conversion d’unités a beaucoup de potentiel technique, mais pour avoir vraiment beaucoup d’options c’est aussi vraiment difficile de trouver l’unité cherché. Il fallait avoir une façon plus complète et facile pour lire les noms des unités. Vous pourriez faire une apparition temporaire du nom complète de l’unité pendant que nous en cherchons. Et en plus (ce serait vraiment plus efficace), un champ pour écrire l’unité cherché par exemple: je veux le centimètre… j’écris ça dans le champ et votre gadget montre tous les unités de mesure que vous avez avec ce nom (ou similaire au cas où j’écris de forme trompé sans accent ou manqué d’une lettre par exemple “centietres” pour centimètres etc.) et après on peut en choisir facilement et efficacement. La même chose pour les 2 cotés du calcul. Après ce mis à jour, vous aurait le meilleur gadget pour conversions d’unités dans le monde! Il faudra seulement développer les graphiques de temps en temps. The gadget was not usable since there was no choice for size. I use a few other gadgets that all are either readable or have size options so I can up the screen size.
I would have to drop my resolution all the way down to 800×600 to be able to use the gadget but even then it is still too small.
That said I think it looks like a nice gadget.
I’d like to see more gadgets use sliders to adjust display size. Many folks are now use a TV as their display and to view gadgets from across the room would require a good size adjustment.
